TP53 and posterior cortical atrophy: Among the 14 significantly enriched KEGG pathways, cCell cycle (Tosoian et al., 2017; Léon et al., 2018), DNA replication (Tosoian et al., 2017), Base excision repair (Flores-Morales et al., 2018; Oing et al., 2018; Tonon et al., 2019), Nucleotide excision repair (Castro et al., 2015; Nordström et al., 2016), and the p53 signaling pathway (Bouali et al., 2008; Suk-Hyun et al., 2012; Gao et al., 2014) were extensively reported to participate in aggressiveness, growth, and metastasis of PCa after RP.
