CD8A and neoplasm: In mice with transplanted lung adenocarcinoma, exosomes derived from GM-CSF-expressing embryonic SCs (ESCs) were observed to suppress the migration of immunosuppressive Tregs, whereas they reinforced migration of tumor-reactive CD8+ T effector cells toward intratumor spaces and elevated intratumoral cytokine responses of TNF-α and IFN-γ, contributing to the clearance of foreign components (90) (Table 1).
