SGK1 and neoplasm: Univariate analysis revealed that patient survival was significantly associated with pT (P = 0.0011) and pN (P = 0.0002), pStage (P = 0.0001), lymphatic invasion (P = 0.0260), vascular invasion (P = 0.0178), RECIST grade (P = 0.0015), histopathological tumor regression grade (P = 0.0432), high GR (P = 0.0479), high Sgk1 (P = 0.0054), and high NDRG1 (P = 0.0033) (Table 2).
