ERBB2 and cancer: The KEGG pathway results indicated that the genes were significantly enriched in cancer-related pathways, including viral carcinogenesis, forkhead box O (FoxO), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (ErbB2), and mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling pathways (Figure 5).
