CCL2 and cancer: Next, GSEA indicated that six KEGG pathways were significantly (with a stringent cutoff for FDR 5% and p value 0.01) enriched in the “High” expression group of CCL2, including “T cell receptor signaling”, “chemokines signaling”, “Toll-like receptor signaling”, “pathways in cancer”, “cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction”, and “focal adhesion” (Fig. 4g, Supplementary Table S6).
