AMH and polycystic ovary syndrome: Serum obtained at 4 months was used to measure anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) levels using standard ELISA kits, and no differences were noted between the control group and the lean PCOS group (control 68.4 ± 7.74 ng/mL vs lean PCOS 55.08 ± 7.8 ng/mL for AMH).
