For high-grade prostate cancer, PCA3 alone and LBXexo score had an AUC value of 0.703 (95% CI 0.511–0.899, p=0.065) and 0.736 (95% CI 0.592–0.868, p=0.038), respectively, compared with the AUC of 0.529 (95% CI 0.334–0.723, p=0.797) for PSA (Figure 2; Table 4). This evidence concerns the gene PCA3 and prostate cancer.
