AQP1 and hypertensive disorder: Although there was no significant correlation between urine DNMTs/AQP1, TETs/AQP1 and systolic or diastolic BP itself, urine DNMTs/AQP1 and TETs/AQP1 increased depending on the number of antihypertensive drugs, which may reflect the severity of hypertension (Supplementary Fig. 3A–E).
