Our analysis revealed that in seven cancers (breast, cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma, lung adenocarcinoma, lung squamous cell carcinoma, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, testicular germ cell tumours and thymoma) there is a significant (p < 0.001) over-expression of LYPD3 in the malignant tissue versus the normal counterpart (Figure 4). This evidence concerns the gene LYPD3 and thymoma.
