The GNAS p.R201C, c.601C > T variant was observed in the tumor sample of patient #11, and a gene fusion [chr5:58476419(-)::chr2:212615429(-)] showing PDE4D exon 5 fused to ERBB4 exon 5 was observed in the ACT from patient #10 (Table 1). The gene discussed is GNAS; the disease is neoplasm.
