In the primary human NSCLC cells (Pri-Ca-1/-2/-3), circNT5E silencing by sh-circNT5E-Seq-2 (see Figure 2) significantly increased the caspase-3 activity (Figure 3G) and nuclear TUNEL staining (Figure 3H), indicating apoptosis activation.
