AKT1 and human papilloma virus infection: In our study, GO and pathway enrichment analyses revealed that the upregulated factors are mainly involved in ‘extracellular matrix organization’, ‘human papillomavirus infection’, ‘focal adhesion’, ‘ECM-receptor interaction’, ‘PI3K-Akt signaling pathway’, and ‘pathway cancer’, while the downregulated factors are associated with ‘muscle filament sliding’, ‘cornification’, ‘metabolic pathways’, ‘cardiac muscle contraction’ and ‘fatty acid degradation’.
