HOXC10 and oral cavity squamous cell carcinoma: Wang, Zheng & Ren (2019) used bioinformatics and showed that TRMT12 might involve in the progression and metastasis of HNSCC, and could be served as an independent biomarker of poor prognosis in HNSCC. Dai et al. (2019) found that HOXC10 facilitated WNT-dependent epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and might be a potential prognostic biomarker and a therapeutic target in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC).
