MiR‐382‐5p is involved in the carcinogenesis in different cancers, for example, colorectal cancer,31 breast cancer,32 and prostate cancer,33 and is related to the chemoresistance of cancer cells.34 Furthermore, miR‐1307 contributes to prostate cancer proliferation by targeting FOXO3A.35 In our study, miR‐382‐5p expression was confirmed to be regulated in HUVEC cells. This evidence concerns the gene FOXO3 and Familial prostate cancer.
