In a total of 82 tumor cell lines of different types, MAPK10 expression is frequently downregulated or silenced in non-Hodgkin (94%) and Hodgkin (50%) lymphomas, gastric (60%) and hepatocellular (67%) carcinomas, thus suggesting that MAPK10 has a proapoptotic functions as a TSG 36. This evidence concerns the gene MAPK10 and lymphoma.
