The significantly regulated genes identified in both KYSE150 and KYSE410 cells were found to be involved in cell adhesion (PCDH family genes, CLDN1, CNTN1), cell apoptosis (MAPK10/JNK3, PYCARD), tumor suppression (TUSC3, SAMD9L) and immunity regulation (IFNL3). Here, CNTN1 is linked to neoplasm.
