Concerning the correlation between PPARγ expression and clinicopathological features or aggressiveness markers, our data demonstrated that nuclear PPARγ expression was inversely correlated with tumor grade, HER2 and N-cadherin expression, whereas total and cytoplasmic PPARγ were positively related with HER2, CD133, and N-cadherin (Fig. 1 and Table 4).
