To systematically summarize the research results of lncRNAs regulating tumor immunosuppression, we retrieved literatures in the Pubmed database using the following combination of the search terms: “lncRNA or long noncoding RNA or long non-coding RNA,” “immune suppression or immunosuppressive,” and “tumor microenvironment.” Furthermore, studies on the pivotal immune checkpoints [PD-L1, TIM-3, and human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-G] and immunosuppressive cells (Tregs, MDSCs, and TAMs) that are reported to be regulated by lncRNAs in TME were also included. This evidence concerns the gene HLA-G and neoplasm.
