BAG2 and gastric cancer: In order to further confirm the clinical significance of BAG2 in gastric cancer, we specifically analyzed the prognostic significance and biological behavior of BAG2 in gastric cancer through KM-plotter database, in which the results showed that high expression of BAG2 indicated poor prognosis of gastric cancer (All, P = 0.064; GSE62254, P < 0.01; GSE15459, P < 0.01; GSE51101, P < 0.05; GSE14210, P = 0.064; GSE29272, P = 0.22 and GSE22377, P = 0.37) (Figure 6A).
