The results showed that deficiency of the activating receptor FcγRIII decreased Syk and NF-κB p65 activation induced by lupus IgG, while deficiency of the inhibitory receptor FcγRII increased Syk and NF-κB p65 activation induced by lupus IgG (Figure 5B).
