The main findings of this study are that TRIP6 is upregulated in breast cancer, TRIP6 is associated with poor overall survival and relapse-free survival of breast cancer patients and TRIP6 promotes proliferation and stemness of breast cancer cells through activating Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, suggesting that TRIP6 may be a valuable prognostic factor for the prognosis and recurrence of breast cancer patients. Here, TRIP6 is linked to breast cancer.
