It is known that many oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes are involved in the development of CRC, such as Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog (KRAS) [1], β-catenin, adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) [2], tumor protein p53 (TP53) and so on [3, 4]. This evidence concerns the gene KRAS and colorectal carcinoma.
