STMN1 and breast carcinoma: Proteomic analyses showed higher abundance of stathmin in basal-like compared to luminal-like breast cancer samples, in both in-house cell line data (n = 12; fold change = 1.8, p = 0.004; Fig. 1e) and in-house patient samples (n = 24; fold change = 4.4, p = 0.007; Fig. 1f).
