It is reported that circRNAs play a pivotal role in the occurrence and development of a variety of cancers, including liver cancer, colon cancer, gastric cancer and others.4, 5, 6 We focus on a circRNA PUM1, which is reported to promote the malignant behaviour of lung adenocarcinoma and ovarian cancer,7, 8 but related studies in endometrial carcinoma have not yet been reported. The gene discussed is PUM1; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
