29.2% (21/72) of the GBC samples exhibited strong staining, 44.4% (32/72) moderate staining, 20.8% (15/72) weak staining, and 5.6% (4/72) negative staining in the tumor samples; only 3.3% (2/60) of the cholecystitis specimens showed strong staining, 8.3% (5/60) moderate staining, 48.3% (29/60) weak staining, and 40.0% (24/60) negative staining of TASP1 protein, indicating that the TASP1 expression level was higher in tumor tissues (P < 0.001) (Figure 1D).
