Cytokines involved in immune-regulatory, chemotactic activities, and inflammatory responses including CXCL-10, IL-1β, IL-1Rα, RANTES (CCL5), IL-6, MCP-1(CCL2), and MIP-1α were all significantly decreased in the AAA tissues from AngII+BP-1-102+ group compared with AngII+ group, while the anti-inflammation factor (IL-10) was increased in AngII+ BP-1-102+ group compared with the AngII+ group (Fig. 3b). This evidence concerns the gene IL1B and triple-A syndrome.
