The results revealed that numerous immune-related KEGG pathways were significantly upregulated, which included hsa04657 IL-17 signaling pathway (Fig. 4b), hsa04612 Antigen processing and presentation, hsa05332 Graft-versus-host disease, hsa05323 Rheumatoid arthritis, hsa05330 Allograft rejection, hsa05169 Epstein-Barr virus infection, hsa04650 Natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity, hsa04621 NOD-like receptor signaling pathway, etc. Glucose metabolism pathways were also upregulated as expected. This evidence concerns the gene IL17A and glycogen storage disease VI.
