TET2 and acute myeloid leukemia: Compared to CR patients, ND AML patients had significantly down-regulated expression of TET2 (0.07456, 0.01686–0.2301 vs 0.04, 0.00004–0.1285; P < 0.0001), EZH2 (0.00686, 0.00191–0.01807 vs 0.0054, 0.00112–0.01408; P = 0.016) and CDC20 (0.01897, 0.00211–0.06164 vs 0.00898, 0.00038–0.03396, P < 0.0001), and marginally significantly decrease of MAD2 (0.06772, 0.00112–0.1869 vs 0.05359, 0.0016–0.156; P = 0.086) (Fig. 1A–D).
