Interestingly for pair 3 (Figure 3C, cases #25 and #11; time to relapse: 4 years), the primary tumor had a heterozygous mutant FOXL2 genotype and no detectable chromosomal aberrations, whereas the recurrent tumor presented multiple chromosomal gains and losses and a homozygous mutant FOXL2 genotype.
