As shown in Figure 6A–N, 5 μM GA-TPP+C10 increased the expression level of pgc-1α, mitochondrial DNA replication (shown by the amplification of the D-loop region) and all mitochondrial transcript levels (the ribosomal subunits 12S rRNA and 16S rRNA; the Complex I components nd1, nd2, nd4, and nd6; the Complex III components cyt b; the Complex IV components mt-co1, mt-co2 and mt-co3, and the Complex V components atp6 and atp8) in the BC cells at 24 h of exposure.
