As shown in Table 1 and Supplementary Table S24, through a time-dependent concordance index (C-index) analysis using the training set, we found that the combination of gankyrin and STAT3 or CCL24 yielded a higher C-index value for predicting the OS and PFS of ccRCC patients compared with the values obtained with gankyrin, STAT3 or CCL24 alone. This evidence concerns the gene PSMD10 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
