Further subgroup analysis suggested that, all tumour-infiltrating immune cells were grouped into 3 subsets: survival-favourable immune cell subsets including B cells, CD8+ T cells, activated CD4+ memory T cells, M1 macrophages and NK cells; survival-unfavourable immune cell subsets including Treg cells, M0/M2 macrophages, activated mast cells, neutrophils and γδT cells; and neutral immune cell subsets including DCs, monocytes, eosinophils and T follicular helper (Tfh) cells (Table 2).
