PARP14 protein levels increased in the CNS after infection with all three viruses with higher levels at 4 days (P < 0.0001 versus WT/G32S) and lower levels at 6 days (P < 0.05 versus WT, P < 0.0001 versus G32S) in the brains of Y114A-infected mice.
