Compared to non-carriers (median age 28.9 years, range 18.0 to 35.97), the median age at initial breast cancer diagnosis was significantly higher for BRCA1 (median 32.1 years, range 20.7 to 35.97, p < 0.001) and BRCA2 carriers (median 32.9 years, range 22.4 to 35.9, p < 0.001) but not for TP53 carriers (median 29.4 years, range 16.3 to 35.9, p = 0.224).
