CDKN2A and neoplasm: CAP, CoGlu and TCP did not produce a response in any of the samples, while CEL, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, which has been shown to stop the growth of GBM tumour cells by blocking the enzymes necessary for their growth, produced a low response in GBMs containing variants in the ATRX, TP53, PTEN, PIK3R1, PIK3CA, IDH 1 and CDKN2A genes (Figure 3A).
