Having established that NIRF imaging with EpCAM-AF680 could be employed to non-invasively monitor tumor growth in PDX models in a spatio-temporal manner, a cohort of mice (n = 24) were orthotopically implanted with cells from a patient diagnosed with grade 3 endometrioid endometrial carcinoma (PDX4) and treated with paclitaxel (n = 8), trastuzumab (n = 8) or vehicle control (n = 8). This evidence concerns the gene EPCAM and endometrial endometrioid carcinoma.
