For bladder cancer, a study including 63 patients has shown too that SUVmax was significantly higher in PD-1/PD-L1-positive patients but also that PD-1 and PD-L1 status could be predicted using a SUVmax cut-off value of 22.7, with quite good accuracies of 71.4% and 77.8%, respectively [22]. This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
