The expression levels of TBC1D2 and ATP6V0E1 were increased in both ESCC and HNSCC tissues, and they are closely related to the overall survival of ESCC and HNSCC, which means that TBC1D2 and ATP6V0E1 could be common therapeutic targets for both cancers. Here, TBC1D2 is linked to head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
