In mouse HFs, we found that 10-6 mol/L DHT reduced the phosphorylation of GSK3β at Ser-9 and thus inhibited β-catenin translocation into the nucleus, while 10-7 mol/L DHT induced the phosphorylation of GSK3β at Ser-9 and thereby promoted the nuclear translocation of β-catenin (Figure 7). This evidence concerns the gene GSK3B and Hand-foot syndrome.
