KLK3 and posterior cortical atrophy: Approximately 15% of patients diagnosed with prostate cancer (PCa) patients have high‐risk PCa as defined by ≥T2c, or PSA ≥20, or Gleason Score ≥8.1 Patients with high‐risk PCa have a significant chance of developing systemic or local recurrence and are at higher risk of death from the disease.
