In this work, we aimed to evaluate the usefulness of PET/CT using a ligand of PSMA radiolabeled with gallium-68 (68Ga) (PSMA HBED CC or PSMA-11) in restaging PCa patients upon the onset of resistance to castration, its impact on patients’ disease management and the adequacy of this impact. The gene discussed is FOLH1; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
