Analysis of transcriptome and phospho-proteomics of DLBCL cells that were exposed to bimiralisib demonstrates that the compound modulates transcripts and proteins that are involved in fundamental pathways and signaling cascades: BCR signaling, NFκB pathway, PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway, mRNA processing, apoptosis, cell cycle, MAPK/RAS signaling, Myc pathway, and glycolysis [75]. This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
