The molecular diagnosis and treatment of NSCLC have evolved due to the development of molecular analysis for targeted therapy including epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutations [1], anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene rearrangements [2], and ROS proto-oncogene 1 receptor tyrosine kinase (ROS1) rearrangements [3]. Here, ROS1 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
