Compared to those at 6 months post-infection, SSChighCD11b+F4/80+, CD11b+CD11c+, CD11b+Gr-1+Ly-6C+Ly-6G−, CD11b+Gr-1+Ly-6C−Ly-6G+ and CD11b+Ly-6G+ cells from infected mice exhibited an enhanced percentage of ARG-1 expression at 9 months (F(3, 12) = 1.209, P < 0.001; F(3, 12) = 26.29, P = 0.002; F(3, 12) = 17.48, P < 0.001; F(3, 12) = 16.46, P = 0.007; and F(3, 12) = 12.44, P = 0.003, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene ITGAX and infection.
