Levels of IFN- γ (p = 0.0118), IL-6 (p = 0.0212), IL-10 (p = 0.0079), IL-2 (p = 0.0121) and IL-4 (p = 0.0317) were significantly higher in the spleens of M-30-infected mice than in those of the S-27-infected mice, andTNF-α levels were not significantly different between the M-30 and S-27 infections (Figure 6B).
