GPT and lipoma: ALT/WDL is subdivided into 3 subtypes: lipoma-like, sclerosing, and inflammatory.[1] The differentiation between lipoma-like and sclerosing type is often difficult and has limited practical importance since ALT/WDL has characteristics of both lipoma-like and sclerosing type.[1] Lipoma-like ALT/WDL typically shows a predominance of mature fat with a variety of spindled cells with hyperchromatic nuclei and multivacuolated lipoblasts.
