SERPINB5 and neoplasm: In our global analysis of six adjacent normal compared to seven tumour samples, SERPINB5, also known as P15 and Maspin [17], was shown to be increased in the tumour samples compared to the adjacent normal samples (6.8-fold increase), with a further increase in the F1 generation PDX tumours (eight samples) compared to the patient tumour samples (6.6-fold increase).
