Our study clearly showed that by the level of SERPINA1 expression in urine, preeclampsia can be divided into two pathogenic variants: more favorable (with no SERPINA1) and less favorable with higher blood pressure, proteinuria, and a higher percentage of cardiopathology, and disorders in the system of the blood coagulation system (with SERPINA1) (Figure 2). This evidence concerns the gene SERPINA1 and preeclampsia.
