Table 2 shows that the expression level of TRYO3 was positively related to that of β-catenin (P < 0.001, contingency coefficient = 0.487) in GC tissues. Remarkably, Kaplan-Meier survival analyses indicated that GC patients with higher TYRO3 expression exhibited a shorter OS (Figure 1E). Here, TYRO3 is linked to gastric cancer.
