PDCD4 and neoplasm: In that regard, CASC15 has been reported to directly bind to the enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2), the key catalytic component of the polycomb repressive complex 2 (PRC2) involved in H3‐K27 methylation.48 In melanoma, the CASC15‐dependent EZH2‐mediated inhibition of PDCD4 resulted in tumor progression.49 Whether this lncRNA has also an impact on ILC development and/or proliferation remains to be investigated.
