Compared with patients with high post-12-month LMR, patients with low post-12-month LMR had larger tumor size, higher rate of vascular invasion, more advanced pTNM stage, higher rate of adjuvant chemotherapy, higher post-12-month carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), and post-12-month carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA-199) levels (all P < 0.05) (Supplementary Table 3).
