Therefore, in our study, there was no regular change in the relative phosphorylation of p-p65/p65 and p-IκBα/IκBα, and the relative expressions of p-p65/α-Tubulin and p-IκBα/α-Tubulin were adopted to synthetically evaluate the effect of QFAE in NF-κB signaling pathways in ALI mice.
