As previously mentioned, in the analysis of the ability of QFAE to protect ALI mice through NF-κB signaling pathways, pretreatment with QFAE overtly suppressed the relative tubunlin expressions of p65, p-p65, IκBα, and p-IκBα in the lung tissues of ALI mice, whereas the relative phosphorylation, p-p65/p65 and p-IκBα/IκBα, was nonsignificantly different. This evidence concerns the gene NFKBIA and acute respiratory distress syndrome.
